Risk warning

Surfing is dangerous. You can be seriously injured, permanently disabled or killed.

Waves break with real force. Sandbars cause head and spinal injuries. Rips change daily. You can be struck by your own board or collide with others. Boards aren't allowed between the flags, so you'll be surfing outside the patrolled area.
